We structure our design process through flat-fee sessions guided by hourly design estimates, so clients have a clear understanding of investment throughout each phase of the project.

  • We begin with a conversation, either over the phone or virtually, where we get to know each other. Think of it as a first date. Do you like us? Do we like you?

    During this call, you’ll share details about your project, including your goals, timeline, and expectations. If it feels like we are aligned, we will arrange an on-site and in-person meeting.

  • $250

    We’ll meet in person to discuss your wishlist, priorities, lifestyle needs, and investment goals to ensure we’re fully aligned before moving forward.

    This step helps define the scope of work and informs the structure of your personalized Studio Sessions.

  • We define the scope of work—outlining each space, the appropriate à la carte services, and the initial investment for the project.

    A detailed project estimate, along with our terms, will be shared for your review and approval.

    Any follow up questions, clarifications, or adjustments can be addressed and refined at this stage to ensure everything is aligned before moving forward.

  • Upon your agreement, an initial setup fee is required as a nonrefundable retainer. This investment supports a follow up site visit where we capture digital images and scans used to inform project programming and develop precise as built models for the design process ahead.

  • While the preliminary work is underway, we invite you to begin envisioning the possibilities for your space. Consider how you would like it to look, feel, and function in your daily life.

    You will receive access to our project management folder, a shared workspace that includes our Q&A along with optional folders where you may upload inspiration imagery, links, notes, or comments to help guide the direction of your project.

    Once our initial review is complete, we will schedule a call to confirm alignment on the vision, expectations, and timeline. With this clarity in place, your Studio Session will officially begin.

  • To initiate, your first Studio Session fee will be invoiced. Once received, we will coordinate a date for our first design meeting, held either virtually or in person, where we will review the design details together and begin shaping the next phase of the project.

    This process will continue as we move through the remaining Studio Sessions and any selected à la carte services until the design scope is fully realized.

A La Carte

  • $350

    This option may be a stand-alone session or the starting point for a more comprehensive design engagement. It offers flexible, targeted support for clients who are seeking expert guidance without committing to a structured session format, and is well suited for those who prefer an hourly approach while maintaining control over selections, ordering, and coordination.

  • This service provides detailed layouts for lighting, switches, dimmers, and outlets for one designated area.

    Deliverables:

    • Recessed Can Loc.

    • Deco Fixture Loc.

    • Accent Lighting Loc.

    • Switch / Dimmer Loc.

    • Outlet Loc.

    • Speciality Switch / Outlet Callout

  • $250ea

    Available to visually communicate design intent through colored 3D imagery, offering clients clarity before construction or procurement begins.

    Priced per space.

  • For projects that have signed on for a larger scope or session, we will provide support at a reduced hourly rate. This is the only instance where our design hours are tracked.

    • On-Boarding of project Architects or Contractors 

    • Coordination with Contractors, Vendors, or any relevant Trade Professional

    • Ongoing Communication

    • Updates to Construction Documents

    • Reselections due to backordered or disc. items

    On-demand, expert creative advice for quick questions ranging from layout, aesthetics, to resource recommendations. 

    Office Hours are confined to the 30-minute session, and do not include prep work or follow-up. This time is designed for quick, actionable advice from an expert to get you un-stuck.
