QUE SERA Studio Sessions

At QUE SERA STUDIO we don’t like to spin out on endless design hours. Our Studio Sessions are intentionally structured to move your project forward through our focused 4-step process, with each session dedicated to a distinct phase of our interior design experience.

This approach, paired with our à la carte service menu, offers a straightforward and transparent experience where every step, decision, and investment is presented with clarity.

SPACE PLANNING & SCHEMATICS

Session / 01

This phase establishes the foundation of the project, confirming how the space functions, flows, and supports daily life.

Floor plans, layouts, and key focal points are defined here, creating a clear framework before aesthetic decisions are made.                

    • Pre-work homework review and alignment call

    • 2x refined space plans and layout options with furniture placement

    • Concept presentation

    • Key elevations with cabinet functionality

    • Black-and-white perspective view

    • 1x Studio meeting

    • 1x revision

    • Preliminary Floor plan and elevation packet (1/4” scale)

    • Optional (A La Carte): lighting and electrical plan

CREATIVE DIRECTION

Session / 02

This phase builds upon the space planning and begins defining the creative vision for each area.

Through curated concept imagery and references, we explore the overall look and feel while shaping the design direction.

Expect to review foundational materials and resources that support our creative direction.

REFINIMENT & PROGRAMMING

Session / 03

Offered in two parts, this session distills the overarching vision into its finest details. With foundational materials and furnishings established, we move one layer deeper - refining finishes and decorative fixtures while fully programming the project.

    • 2 Studio Meetings

    • 3 Lookbooks featuring refined finishes and fixtures

    • Final Lookbook Presentation

    • Access to curated design resources

    • Optional (A La Carte): colored 3D renderings

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS

Session / 04

The final phase translates the design into clear documentation for contractors and trades. This ensures the design is executed accurately and efficiently during construction.

    • Construction-ready documentation packet for bidding and installation

    • Detailed floor plans

    • Key elevations with project materials called out

    • Paint schedule

    • Optional (A La Carte):

      • Lighting plan

      • Electrical plan

      • Finish schedule options
